ABOUT ME
I’m a qualified counsellor based in Marple, supporting adults, young people, and those who care for them. My work focuses on supporting neurodivergent individuals of all ages, as well as parents, carers, partners, and loved ones of neurodivergent people with an approach that is calm, empathic, and tailored to your needs.
My approach is understanding, non-judgemental, and grounded in the belief that every brain works differently, and that those differences deserve respect, validation, and the right support. Whether you’re navigating a recent diagnosis, feeling overwhelmed, managing burnout, or trying to better understand a neurodivergent family member, I provide a safe space to explore your experiences, and helping you navigate your way though life. My work focuses on empowerment, communication, emotional regulation, and helping you build a life that feels more manageable and aligned with who you are.
I combine person-centred counselling with evidence-informed techniques, giving you practical tools alongside emotional support. Sessions are delivered in a way that suits your life - messaging, phone, Zoom, or in-person — all with empathy, confidentiality, and respect at the core.
In addition to one-to-one counselling, I run wellbeing workshops for schools, organisations and the community, helping teams and young people develop resilience, emotional awareness, and coping strategies for everyday life.
My aim is simple: to provide support that feels approachable, practical, and empowering, helping you, or someone you care for, to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and calm.
